I love painting. Born in Helsinki I've always been interested in nature and outdoor life. Since my early days I have liked sketching and drawing. Especially my teachers Frida Olander and Anne-Marie 'Matilda' Häyren have inspired me. As a senior citizen I have had time and opportunities to draw and paint. I have found most of my motives nearby or at places earlier visited. Painting has become a happy way to relax and concentrate.
Program during Konstrundan
Presumably visitors have their own agenda and expectations for their visits. Its up to me to identify their questions and interests as clear as possible and then see that expectations are met and questions answered. No workshops will be at the agenda.
Driving directions
Auroratalo is the yellow building situated in Träskända Park west from the white main building and the emperor's outside lavatory. Espoo Art's studios are on the 4th floor. Room 266 is at the end of Marjapolku. Use the A entrance on the north side (stairs) or the E entrance facing the park (elevator).
