The delicacy and vulnerable beauty of a single flower inspire and intrigue me.
I study flowers up close, observing the subtle, almost imperceptible threshold between light and shadow.
By altering depth of field and lighting, I reveal the smallest structures.
I expose my digital photographs onto polymer plates and experiment with colour in the printing process to shift the mood and character of the image.
