Laura Pehkonen is a Finnish ceramic and visual artist working mainly with unique pieces. Pehkonen uses and combines various materials and techniques in her work. Currently she is working with ceramic, wood and painting. In recent years, she has created several different ceramic artworks for various public spaces such as schools and hospitals.
Pehkonen's works are in the collections of the Helsinki City Art Museum HAM, the Espoo Museum of Modern Art EMMA, the Finnish State Art Commission / the National Gallery, and private collections.

During Konstrundan Pehkonen opens up her usually private studio.
