As a visual artist, I feel that I am merely one of the tools in the creation of art. I begin my work without knowing the final result and usually without any specific goal in mind. I feel that colors, painting tools, and even the canvas have a will of their own to achieve their own secret objectives.I surrender myself to the process without any preconceptions of my own perfection.The final result, even if at some point I begin to work with greater determination, is always a surprise. My work is guided by my inner visions of the things I ponder and that move me. The work in progress must convey something important, speak to me, before I can stop working on it.The work takes its place in the world in its own meaningful existence. When painting, I prefer to use oil, acrylic, and pastel colors

Program during Konstrundan

During the visit, guests will have the opportunity to explore my work, hear my thoughts on my approach and motivations for making art, and observe my working methods. Guests will also have the chance, to make art without any aims, in a small workshop setting. My hope is that an open and enthusiastic atmosphere for conversation will develop, where visitors can also share their thoughts on the meaning of creativity and art for themselves.
