Information about the artist / the group

I am a visual arts teacher, doctor of arts, artist and craftsman from Romsarby, Karjaa. I have spent my working career mainly in higher education in the field of art, but versatile image making has always been an important part of my life, and today it is at the center of my life. At the moment, my favorite subjects are imaginary plants, organisms, creatures and landscapes, which I work on by drawing, painting and combining different techniques and materials. Recently, I have also made small ceramic objects from these subjects.

Program during Konstrundan

A couple of years ago, we made a small summer studio gallery in the attic of our house in Lindtorp, where in autumn 2026 my latest works will be exhibited: drawings, paintings, small ceramic objects. The exhibition works are for sale, as well as the cards printed from them. I will also present threads and silk scarves that I dyed with natural colors to those who are interested. We offer visitors coffee (or tea/juice) and snacks.
