Hub Feenix is a non-profit art and wellness center established in 2020 in the historic Meltola tuberculosis sanatorium. Starting in 2023, Hub Feenix's international artist residency has invited artists to work in the inspiring spaces of the vibrant and communal cultural center, to focus, relax and enjoy the peace of nature. For example, in 2025, 50 artists from all over the world worked at Hub Feenix.
Program during Konstrundan
September's artists-in-residence will be there in their studios and will be happy to tell visitors about their work. The studios of Hub Feenix's permanent artists will also be open. The Hub Feenix café will be open and serve coffee, tea and refreshments, as well as savoury and sweet treats. Guided tours of the renovated, inspiring spaces of the 15,000m2 building will depart from the lobby in front of the elevator on both days at 12:00 and 15:00.
