Anna Rokka (b. 1986) is a visual artist who focuses on installation but also works with sculpture, video art, video installation, performance, painting, and costume design. Rokka inherited her artistry from her family, which is largely made up of various kinds of creators. Anna Rokka has shown her work in both galleries and museums, including Sculptor and Sinne in Helsinki and MACRO Testaccio in Rome. Rokka was honoured with the annual sculptor award from the Raimo Utriainen Art Foundation in 2015.
During Konstrundan, the studio is open to visitors. In the yard, you can experiment with fountains and water yourself. Rokka explores how water can be used as an artistic material – in the encounter between movement, form, and matter.
