Information about the artist / the group

Julia Aminoff-Tatsis qualified as a ceramic artisan in 2019. Today, she runs a ceramics workshop Leera in Ruskeasuo together with Maria Sundell. Julia uses the potter's wheel as her primary tool in her work with clay. She is drawn to the rhythmic, repetitive and physical aspects of working with clay, as well as its meditative and therapeutic qualities. Julia likes to make functional objects.

Program during Konstrundan

Exhibition and sale of ceramic utility and decorative items. During Konstrundan art tour, we will hold a work demonstration and exhibit unfired, polished clay works that visitors are welcome to touch.
